THE WEATHER
The fishing fleet is known to operate in harsh weather, riding out fierce storms on the fishing fields. SEVSAT from Ship Equip is developed on the doorstep of the North Sea and Atlantic Ocean fishing fleet. We have catered to their demanding working conditions from day one. The weather isn't an issue for us. We can handle it if you can handle it.
THE SEVSAT EQUIPMENT
The SEVSAT broadband system is prepared to handle these harsh conditions. The closeness to the stormy waters have taught us to choose equipment and people who can work in these conditions.
Our technicians have been onboard to study how the equipment handles the yaw, roll and heave movements in heavy seas. We guarantee that our antennae can handle these conditions.
LEASING AGREEMENT
We offer a leasing agreement which makes it easier for the shipowner to handle the SEVSAT broadband installation. Ship Equip assumes the responsibility for the equipment. As a lease customer we handle a number of issues for you:
- scheduled periodic maintenance
- parts are guaranteed with regard to normal wear failure
- changes in equipment requirements may be invoked in the lease
- service level agreements are mandatory
