Ship Equip has established an advanced Net Operation Centre (NOC) which is part of the support offering. The NOC is an important piece in providing the different Service Level Agreements available to customers.
Ship Equip offer three alternative SLA's :
a) SLA Basic (working days) 08.00-16.00
b) SLA Standard (working days 08.00-21.00/weekends 11.00-17.00)
c) SLA Premium (24/365)
